We specialize in manufacturing rotational symmetrical mechanical parts. Combining ordinary turning, Swiss-type lathe and turn-mill composite technology, we process small slender shafts, threaded fasteners and tubular parts with stable precision and excellent surface quality.

Design rounded transitions instead of sharp corners. Recommended corner radius ≥ R0.5 for safe tool retraction.
Length-to-diameter ratio ≤ 8:1
Control the length-to-diameter ratio of slender shafts within 8:1. Excess ratio will cause bending and runout.
